Konosuke X Tosho (KT)
Tosho Knife Arts in Toronto, Canada collaborated with Konosuke in creating the KT.
This version of the brand new KT finish is executed by a new sharpener that Konosuke recruited to work on this practical line of chef’s knives. Kosuke-san’s father hand-wrote the new kanji, which has been laser etched onto the blades.

Kiridashis
Kiridashis are occasionally available from retailers. They tend to have the Konosuke logo, the Sakai stamp and steel stamp applied all on the same side.

No Markings
Thus far, the only Konosuke product I have encountered with no markings whatsoever is the nickel Damascus Keiai NT.
In a guide devoted to inscriptions, an unmarked blade is striking. Its silence becomes its own distinguishing feature.

Laser Engraved Handles
Konosuke has made knife handles with the Konosuke logo laser engraved on the butt end of Khii handles. Beginning in November 2022, various dealers in the US, Australia, Canada and Europe sold these replacement handles.
